Spotting a need and accepting it as a call to serve. It’s not as easy as it sounds, particularly as Jesus describes in today’s reading. But when we started attending a new church in Brantford, I met one such woman that embraced it to the fullest. As we continue our journey through Luke, let me tell you why an intimate relationship with Jesus should be our goal.
“Then He said to them, “Anyone who welcomes a little child like this on My behalf welcomes Me, and anyone who welcomes Me also welcomes My Father who sent Me. Whoever is the least among you is the greatest.” – Luke 9:48
