Exciting News from Faith Strong Today President Matt Caine

What an awesome first few months for us at Faith Strong Today! If you’re reading this, thank you for being a part of our new online family. I’m so thankful for you, and for every word of feedback and encouragement. It’s greatly appreciated by the men and women behind the scenes who have been working hard to create our vision of a new digital Christian media company – something we believe is completely unique and new to the world in it’s format and method of delivery.

Creating encouraging, enlightening and engaging content is what we offer. At Faith Strong Today we hope to provide uplifting, yet practical inspiration every day. With no subscription fee, you don’t have to pay to watch, listen, read and share our programs. But we do hope that you’ll support our sponsors and advertisers, as they will sustain this platform for believers and those yet to know Jesus.

Every wonderful host and writer on our team is passionate about what they do, and strong in their faith in God! And together with our guests, share their lives and testimonies with the world. I’m just amazed by this every week, and I’m so thankful for everyone that has helped bring Faith Strong Today to the world!

Beginning today, we present some new additions to our schedule:

Matt Whitman – Worst Christian Ever
mattwhitmanRaised in Fort Collins, Colorado before moving to Chicago where he graduated from Trinity College and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Matt “believes in God and thinks things are funny”. Well, that’s according to his bio. I can’t verify that he thinks things are funny, but he most certainly believes in God!

Matt loves communicating the Bible in ways that are both understandable and in-depth, bringing humour and history to bear on the Bible at his YouTube channel called “Worst Christian Ever“! (Now you just have to meet this guy, don’t you?) We’ll be sharing Matt’s program every Tuesday and think you’re going to love Matt’s humour and joy.

Donna & Kevann Carter – Grow on the Go
donnaEvery Tuesday this mother/daughter team will give us the opportunity to “Grow On The Go”! Donna entered my life as one of the very first guests during Melinda Estabrooks’ “Your Story” program. I was moved by her incredible testimony of being in Haiti at the moment the destructive 2010 earthquake hit that country. Her haunting and emotional story is something I’ll never forget.

Donna and her husband Randy also introduced to the world their daughter Kevann, a true individual and, being in the broadcasting industry myself, it was no surprise when I learned Kevann also works in radio! Together with Donna, you’ll find a chemistry and relationship that can’t be manufactured.

NoGreaterLove

Faith Strong Today is also proud to announce our sponsorship of the No Greater Love Festival coming this August to Alberta – a spectacular festival nestled at the foot of the Rockies! Artists include Michael W. Smith, Building 429, Switchfoot, Blanca, All Above Me, Dan Bremnes, Love & The Outcome, Tenth Avenue North, 7eventh Time Down, Sanctus Real, Fresh IE, Bechah Shae and many more!

At Faith Strong Today, we can’t wait to be a part of this movement and to see you in Alberta on August 14 & 15! To get your tickets and plan your trip, please visit www.nogreaterlove.ca.

We are truly off the launch pad and now in flight! All of the programs and articles we feature on Faith Strong Today have one thing in common: we are together in this world and, through the digital marketplace of ideas, we have the opportunity to grow, learn and share with each other. God loves us, and has made eternal promises to us. We don’t have to pretend to be somebody else; God knows exactly who we are, yet still looks at us with mercy and grace.

The people you watch, listen, read and share about are all vulnerable before God and you, sharing their stories to help keep your Faith Strong Today. I hope you’ll be as encouraged as I am.
