Mom Struggling Well #37
Christine McDermott is a wife and mom, a graphic designer and a small business owner. She’s into crossfit and eating clean but seems to have a handle on balancing the fact that real life also creeps up despite our best efforts. She’s struggled through anxiety and depression and has made a lot of progress in the areas of marriage and cleaning out her house. I really enjoyed this chat with Christine and I know you will too!
what we chat about:
- Honoring birth parents in adoptive homes
- How she manages a paleo diet with two young kids
- What to do when your mind is not your friend

About the Podcast
Join Emily Thomas each week as she chats with a friend (usually a mom) about a challenge they’ve had and how they struggled well through it. Don’t worry, though. It’s not all about kids or sadness. It’s funny, too. Promise.
