In the 19th chapter of John we find the very reason for Jesus’ birth was almost completed… He had just been nailed to the Cross. Righteousness had entered the world through an animal’s stable and was leaving it on a convict’s Cross. The path of Perfection was a dusty one, and by all outward accounts, ended in failure. However, as we’ve been studying God’s Word, we’ve learned to never be content to only focus on the outward.
