As we continue our journey through Acts chapter 7, we find the apostle Stephen standing before a hostile religious tribunal, continuing his brief history lesson of God’s faithfulness. After recounting the life of Abraham, Stephen then moved on to the life of Moses… someone he called “a beautiful child in God’s eyes.” However, Moses didn’t always feel that way. So, if your inner life feels like a dust-bowl, your soul dry and barren, you should know this. You’re in good company. Like Moses, you too can be refreshed by the only true Source of life.
