Catherine Storing: Journaling Your Way Out of the Past

Today’s guest author, Catherine Storing, is a writing coach among many other things. Her work caught my eye because she teaches on the practice of journaling. As a compulsive journaler myself, I was especially interested in her work in teaching people how to journal their way out destructive patterns and past baggage. Our discussion today meanders around our own personal journaling practices and how just getting our thoughts down on paper can help us process them in a healthy way, leading to healing and spiritual growth.
